Andrew Pogue is a Seattle-based architectural and interiors photographer whose work is shaped by an education in environmental design and visual studies. His imagery brings emotion and vitality to the built environment, with a conceptual approach driven by storytelling.
Every project has its own visual language, and distilling that into photographs is at the core of his practice. Beginning with a firm understanding of the ideas and intentions behind the work, Andrew builds a body of photographs that tell the project’s larger narrative while expressing the perspective of the people behind it.
His work spans residential architecture, hospitality, and commercial projects throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
In addition to photographing stills, Andrew Pogue is a co-founder of Fair Isle Brewing in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. Fair Isle produces farmhouse and wild beers that reflect the Pacific Northwest using ingredients locally farmed and forged and fermented with their house culture of wild and feral yeasts and bacteria. www.fairislebrewing.com
